Reliability
We design our systems to stay up. That means redundancy at every layer, rigorous incident response practices, and a team that treats downtime as the serious problem it is. We publish status information at status.ordnary.com.
Security
Security is built in from the start, not added at the end. We follow industry-standard practices for encryption, access control and audit logging, and we run a responsible disclosure programme for researchers who find issues. See our Security Policy for details.
Scale
Our infrastructure is built to scale with the people using it. As our products grow we grow with them — without trading off speed or reliability to do it.
